The hotel’s restaurant offers an à la carte menu, even in summer, and we are always ready to meet everyone’s needs.
Everything we serve comes from our local area with a dual link to our environment and community. The fish is from the Adriatic Sea, while the vegetables, the meat and even the wines are sourced from the Romagna region.
Before offering a wine, we pay a personal visit to the winery. We believe it’s important to know every product’s history so it can be appreciated to the full. And we want to enable you to share it. In fact, if you wish, during your holiday at Hotel Du Soleil, you can also visit these wineries and savour a glass of good wine.
What’s more, once a week you can experience our local traditional dinners, with home-made Romagna region specialities.
